With the proximity to the outdoor area that is built four slat houses in wooden frame and with innovative technology that provides energy use that is close to half the requirement in BBR.
The houses are built at a height of between four and six storeys, with natural facades such as wood and slate. Ecoclime is involved in delivering a waste water recovery solution to optimize the energy performance of the apartments. This means taking advantage of the energy that comes from wastewater and reusing it for the heating system. The houses will also be equipped with solar cells on the roofs.
